Within the Real Estate sector TM was 1st in the Comunidad Valenciana, whilst on a National scale the report provides details that reflect the company’s development from number 27 in 2002 to 16th in 2003.

Detailed Company History

The history of TM Real Estate Group began in 1969, when its operations in the town of Orihuela (Alicante) began, the birthplace of its president and founder, José Luis Serna Almodóvar. His frenetic enterprise served as the foundation for what has become a solid company with a sales philosophy directed toward an international audience and an endless interest in customer satisfaction. After the construction of a number of properties to be used as first homes, there was an important shift from Orihuela to Torrevieja, and a change that was also quantitative - the construction of properties to be used as first homes was abandoned in order to promote, build and sell properties as second residence holiday homes.

This was how the construction of urbanisations began on the beaches of Torrevieja, which gradually spread to other parts of the Costa Blanca and eventually to the Costa de Almería and the Costa Cálida. Property developments with a decidedly Mediterranean style, situated in exceptional areas, close to the sea with unique natural surroundings, leisure areas, private swimming pools and spacious garden areas.

Since its foundation, TM Real Estate Group has held true to the idea of offering products and services, while acting in a consistent manner and upholding the trust of its customers and suppliers.

A firm base, which today has made us the first real estate company in the Comunidad Valenciana, and ranking sixteen on a national scale, rising continuously avis-à-vis the indices of previous years. Our international vocation led us to our first experiences in 1985, with European capitals such as Stockholm (Sweden) and Bergen (Norway), little by little we are expanding to other countries with a consolidated commercial network in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Iceland and France.
